"I had been looking for a solitaire diamond pendant (in a bezel setting) for a long time and found the perfect one at Select Jewelers at the Great Lakes Mall in Mentor, Ohio! I picked out the diamond, the setting and the chain. I ordered it on a Friday and it came in the following Friday. It is beautiful! It’s exactly what I had hoped for and the price was great! Bill and Wendy are very nice and they provided the best personal service of any jeweler I’ve ever met. With Bill’s guidance, I learned a lot about diamond quality, pendant settings, choices of chains, etc. It was a great experience! If you’re looking for a fine piece of jewelry, you won’t be disappointed with Select Jewelers."

"I haven’t taken my wedding rings off in 27 years until last November when a distracted driver hit me from behind- pushing me head on into a semi truck. I broke 7 ribs, my left hand and both legs. After a month in the hospital and a year of rehab, my swelling seem to go back to normal so I came to Select Jewelers to resize my rings. When I received them back only a few days later I cried. They went above and beyond by also re-tipping my prongs so that it looked brand new. I cannot even tell where they added material to make them a size larger.
