"Thanks so much! (3/31/22) Update (2/4/23) - we started experiencing issues with our tankless hot water heater on September 30 of 2022. Columbia Gas came out (per an error code on the unit) and informed us it was installed incorrectly and tagged it “unsafe.” I immediately reached out to Kleen to come fix it. The promised to call us to schedule the next day, no call. I followed up with them multiple time with either no response, or they would promise to “call tomorrow” and never did. Nineteen days after our initial problem, I was sent a text notifying me of an appointment 5 days later. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up during the window. I again reached out and was again promised “tomorrow.” Finally Keith showed up on October 25. He came up with a plan to fix the problems. Again promised to call me soon to schedule. Still waiting for that call. I’ve sent texts. It’s been over 3 months."
