"Went in a few days ago, to look at the book, for IDEAS, but this place seems to think that the book pictures are final say. I'm paying for whatever I choose, not you! And, if I want to walk in circles, talking to myself and my family, about what we want the flowers to look like for our kid's Papa's funeral, then that is what I will do! Instead of being understanding and helpful with some ideas, the owner threw her clipboard on the counter and let us know that we can't even make a decision.... I'm sorry, do you know me?! We have never had a problem with this place, but honestly, you are in a position that requires you and your staff to be compassionate and patient!! If you're miserable in your position, maybe it's time to reconsider it!! I'm the one that lost someone, not you. Never again.... Rushing isn't how very many people pick funeral flowers... I almost don't even want to give this rundown, ratchet business anything, but unless they get at least 1 star, I can't post a review!!!! They have lost a family's business that has spanned the course of decades....."

"My wife and I were informed of a funeral on a Tuesday evening, the service was at 11am the next day, we wanted to send flowers to the funeral home but the shop was closed before we could call. We took a shot in the dark and ordered an arrangement online hoping it could be delivered before the service. The florists had it made and delivered on time. I first want to apologize to them for the short notice, and then say Thank You very much for the work they did! It is very much appreciated!"
