"Affordable appliances with large discounts on overstock and dented items. The real "Rockstar" though was the worker Ashley P who actively listened to me, and was able to skillfully assess my needs and link me to the perfect match of a freezer substantially BELOW my budget. She also was able to provide some well informed suggestions about proper use of the appliance, and was extremely knowledgeable about each model."
"I picked up a load here back in January their shipping team is horrible. They are only there to collect a check they know nothing about what they are putting on the trucks. They stacked products on top of products with out any cushion to minimize damages to the product. I asked them does the load need any straps they said no. Overall that load didn’t go to well and I’m now paying for it"
"Nothing short of great customer service here! After the corporate CSV team was unable to fulfill a warranty claim, I called this location, found the unit I needed replaced, and let corporate work with them to come up with a solution. Upon arrival, everyone went above and beyond to get my item loaded and apologized for the process, when they did nothing wrong. Just a great staff...will definitely shop at this outlet again!"
"We have been trying out our new Parcel Guard for the last month or so. It's really cool. It takes a bit to "train" the delivery people to put things into it, but we have been pretty successful. Also used the app feature to have a friend drop off some yummy Buckeye candy while I was gone one day. She called me and I opened the door from the app for her to leave them in the bottom for us. I would recommend putting some kind of sign on your window and the actual box. I found one on Amazon and just ended up printing it on my printer, laminating it and putting it on the ParcelGuard side and on my front window. It has the logos for USPS, FedEx and UPS to try to get their attention and tells them to put packages in the box. Very nice item!"
