"I would give negative stars if that was an option...Beginning of November I called to get a quote for some work we wanted done. They came out and got us a quote right before Thanksgiving. Everything looked good so we said go ahead and schedule it. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks because they were really busy and weather depending, which we understood. Right before Christmas when that cold snap hit, I called just to see how things were going. I was told they were really busy with people calling wanting generators serviced and fixed for the storm. I said thats what I have been waiting on for a month now. Was told "we will get to you". I called a couple of times in January only to still get the same answer, "we will get to you". In February I called when the ice storm hit. I mentioned again that we have been waiting since Thanksgiving when we got a quote. It finally was realized that we were never on a schedule to get done. They had plane just forgotten us. I only ever talked to the secretary, she alway said she would have someone get back to us. Now mid March, after numerous phone calls to see if anything was being done to get us taken care of, because no one would ever call me back. I was told that they just decided that they were just not going to do the job. So thanks for NOTHING!! Except making us wait 4 months to just say sorry not gonna do it. I DO NOT recommend this company for anything!"
