"This place is worse than Walmart’s jewelry section. They can’t even replace a battery on a watch properly without breaking the watch and then when they promise to fix what they broke , they call after a week to give you a $200 estimate to fix what THEY broke. What a joke. Inflated prices and the owner is a joke. He’s trying his big city methods in a small community. Zero professionalism and doesn’t know what customer service means."
"I took my engagement here for a bent prong and they fixed it in 2 days and my ring looks great! I was very iffy about taking it there because of there only being a couple reviews but I'm glad I did because they treated it with care and it looks brand new!"
