"All Parts and Dey Distributing are the few local Milwaukee places left for same-day furnace parts. My Lennox A249 inducer blower motor went out overnight in -15 degree weather. Was able to get the part same-day. They are considerably more expensive than an online retailer, but for short-notice situations I would definitely give them a call."

"Very disappointed with this company. For years I've been a customer for replacement parts for my furnace and few other odds/ends. I bought a White Rogers ignition stick for my furnace two weeks ago after the original part failed and lasted 3 years. Diagnosed by a technician that I needed a new ignition stick. Thier part didn't last two weeks. Usually these parts last two or more years. I called and asked about a replacement and a older gentleman who answered was upset that I asked for a replacement and hung up on me. Didn't even want to help or talk through it. I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"There's a younger guy there that's friendly and very customer oriented, but then there's another guy looks like he's in his 40's , very rude and seems to not care about customers at all ( unless it's just people of color that he treats that way ) . After a couple of days complimenting and praising this location, he was able to destroy all the good in just 5 minutes. I took a part back because they gave me the WRONG part, so when he refunded my money he then proceeded to basically toss my receipt to me, so I bit my tongue and left , never ever will I recommend them or use them again."

"Contacted the local Trane supply facility only to be told I couldn't buy direct. They recommended All Parts and provided me with a part number. I called into All Parts and provided the information and a few minutes later confirmed it was in stock. Took the old blower motor in to confirm it matched up and was happy to find the part available. The rep behind the counter (sorry - forgot your name) was quick with the information needed to swap the motor. Price was about what I expected, direct and friendly service. Couldn't be happier. Had the new blower wired and installed in less than an hour."

"We had an excellent experience with AllPartsGrills.com (Parts USA Grills). I spoke with Mark on the phone, he had the parts in stock, took my order and emailed me a receipt right away. We spoke on Monday and received the parts four days later on a Friday. Our Kenmore grill was a gift and is now well-loved. Finding a new burner assembly and a new V-deflector plate (the part that goes over the flame) online was a little discouraging--after finding the manual for the grill online and finding the part numbers, I couldn't find any places in Michigan--the best I could find was a "universal" burner piece from big-box stores that we've used in the past, and didn't work well. I finally found 3 places online. One didn't have the exact part but it said it would fit our model number--but when I looked up reviews for that company it sounded like many people ordered online and never received their parts. Nope! Another company showed the parts on their website, but the site showed the parts were out of stock. We were thrilled to finally run across this company and very pleased with the good customer service. The parts fit and worked well--we cooked out tonight and are so happy to be going into the spring season with a grill that works just like new. I wanted to leave a review so we can find this company again if we need them, because we'd definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended."
