"I ordered a magpul gen 2 prs stock which was listed on the website. I was shipped a gen 3. They informed me they were out of stock of the gen 2. I asked for a refund and a return shipping label since it was their mistake. They said to ship it back usps and they would refund the shipping cost. They issued a refund then tried to issue a store credit. I emailed them back about it and they said it was already issued. Your business and ethical practices are poor 3.11.2020 Update Received email from company. If I had wanted a gen 3 stock I would have ordered one. I was specifically looking for a gen 2. I had to initiate and ask for the shipping refund after you emailed saying for me to ship it back and you would reimburse me for it. Then tried to give a store credit(shady). I emailed back saying I was not happy about this and would not shop there again. I asked for a paper check it the credit card company would not allow it. Again all could have simply been solved it you had send a shipping label since it was your mistake. No paper check received after after a month of waiting so emailed back. And they agreed to send it via PayPal. Received an email from them about the review which can all be backed up with emails. Again would never do business with you again and would advise others to do the same Updated later that afternoon Grant is still emailing being unprofessional. Dude look at the reviews. Lowest common denominator is you and your poor character and attitude. Not sure you'll be in business much longer."
