"Had a horrible experience with Rosemary Jiminez (client relationship consultant 2) at the Ridge rd location today. She hangs up on me via phone today , when I came in to make a formal complaint on Rosemary she belittled me Infront of her branch manager Letitia Pagán, (manager advised her to go to break room and deescalate multiple times). She yelled that she would cancel my accounts , that I was the one with an attitude and repeatedly made me feel less than a human. John manning and the team will be made aware of her actions"

"I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received at this place on my last visit. I was there to assist a family member to open a new bank account. The staff , Ashley, was warm and accommodating, and the assistant manager Letitia and Branch Manager Ziomaira were amazing. I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your place permanently as this is what the customers want to have. Wonderful team."
