"My experience with US Bank has been horrible. I went into this location months ago to fund my business account to which they were very rude and unhelpful. Only offered me cash to fund the account with and when I asked about a minimum was told there was none. Well today I get a check for that account that it was closed due to the minimum not being met. This bank has been a joke down to sending me an email asking for me to email my account information back in a document unencrypted. I called thinking it was a phishing attempt; it wasn't. How unprofessional! I am off to another bank."
