"Very incompetent staff and no knowledge of products that they sell. We’ve visited this location many times and with every visit the experience is worse. If you need skates sharpened be prepared to wait they have no clue how to operate their sharpener and will ruin your blades. We have been to other Perani Locations and never had a bad experience and have a knowledgeable staff member willing to help."
"I would recommend this location. The employees here were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They didn't have the size/fit in either of the two skates I wanted to try on, but got both from another store in a few days. They held them for me for about 2 weeks too instead of just putting them back on the shelf to sell. I ended up getting the Bauer Supreme Mach skates and they're wonderful. Hopefully these will last as long as my old skates. I wish there was a Perani's in the Toledo area back when I played competitively. Access to equipment without having to drive up to Michigan or hope the Tamo pro shop had what I needed/wanted probably would have kept me playing longer as my equipment got worn out. I'm slowly replacing my old equipment to start playing regularly so Perani's will be taking some more of my money over the next few months. Haha."
