"Brought a 10k gold ring in to sell, was told they would buy it for $30 without testing, told them okay and then they went and tested anyways without asking my consent and came back and told me 25 even though the test showed it was real."

"Purchased a Harman kardon speaker I specifically asked if it held a charge and they said yes. Took it home and it did not. Realized they bought it in and sold it with the wrong power supply. Returned the next day and they said because I didn't buy the warranty that I'm out of luck. You sold me the wrong adapter with the speaker. It's your fault it doesn't work... I'll certainly never return."

"They sell Crack. game systems game systems that are already logged in no storage. The workers are very rude and hostile arrogant. Well manager will say that you broke the game taking pictures of you as if you’re guilty because she didn’t put it in the right plug to plug it up don’t standby warranty. Says warranty in expired three days."

"I brought in some gold for a short term loan. They were busy and folks were being rude. Not to mention the one of the two employees was training. However the woman welcomed, said there was another person ahead of me and was very friendly. When it was my turn she was really nice and efficient. I thought she did an awesome job. Fingers crossed it goes that well when I pick up my items. Although I'm quite certain it will."
