Once I told HIM that I was good and wanted to look them over, he walked away. No hovering, no pressure to upsell to a higher end bike, just quiet professionalism. Great experience overall."

"Below average service and below average mechanical ability. Paid $150 for a tune up and ended up finishing the job myself. Loose brake cables are not acceptable. I could have taken the bike back but that means imposing on my friends again for their truck. I called them about it and all they could say is that it was working properly when it left the shop (as if I'm going to toy with a bicycle after a tune up). They never called me back either to see if my complaint was for real. They lost this customer. I should give them 1 star for their customer service."
