"I’ve never in my life been so disrespected and gaslighted. I want to start by saying, everyone there is pretty genuine and faithful. The owner on the other hand, is extremely rude, blameless and condescending. I got in a motorcycle accident at no fault of my own and I just wanted to put a new wheel on. I buy everything needed and get it to them. The next day I come back, and the owner tried to charge 4 times the original quote. When I ask why, he says because the guy had to straighten the wheel which took multiple hours. I even told them on the phone prior to this all that that’s all the money I have until I got the insurance settlement so if I got the wheel back from them (which I got from eBay) I could have sent it back and got a new one, but now they were trying to charge way more for something I didn’t ask for. All I wanted was the tire put on the wheel and then the bike. Needless to say, the owner was so cynical and belligerent, he insulted my religion, my financial situation and gaslighted me acting like I was trying to do him wrong when I told them ALL I wanted done. His wife (who seems like a gentle kind woman) after several hours of me standing there annoyed and getting disrespected convinces him to take the original charge and I leave. Money was not the problem, I even explained I wouldn’t mind paying more when I could. It was the fact that this guy thinks he can disrespect someone’s religion, situation and identity when he clearly is stuck in his own world that bewilders me. I will never be back there no matter the circumstance and may God have mercy on his soul."

"Unfortunately, you cannot give less than one star otherwise I would have done it. I'm sorry, but I have to write this review. I was treated very badly, the owner is a rude gentleman, with a very vulgar and rude language as well as incompetent in his work. The dealer is in very poor condition, very badly, it looks like a chicken coop, and it is a shame for a company like Kymco to lose face for people like that. Rude and incompetent. I had to tell them many specifics of the bike I was going to buy, they didn't even know the year of production. Sometimes incompetence can be excused, sometimes, but education, no, never. A bad place indeed. I only recommend it to those people who want to hurt themselves, punish themselves hahaha no really, that place is awful, the worst dealership I have ever visited. Go and see for yourself, buy ... and then you'll think of me."

"So the people themselves are cool people, the lady at front and the mechanic, but sadly, I had to take off my 5 stars because we bought a quad from them and had nothing but issues with it. 20 minutes after buying it it needed a new starter, then a month after that it would stall everytime you tried the gas. I went in to pick it up after it was fixed, same issue...as soon as I hit the gas, it stalled. And now you have to start it with starter fluid...just not worth the 2300 I paid for it. I regrettably would have to advise against buying anything from them because of the issues I've had. I think it's more the issue of them buying garbage and selling it."

"Purchased a 4 wheeler less than 4 months ago. Had problems ever since. We had to replace the battery and now the engine is falling down. We called to talk to them about it and they blamed us for not maintaining the 4 wheeler. They advised we are responsible for the cost to fix something that shouldn’t have even happened. Terrible customer service, absolutely WILL NOT be back."
