Reviews
"After seeing your review I decided not to drive to your store. Sounds like you need to fire the few employees and start fresh, with new help. Or you will close your door soon."
"Everyone there but the GM, Andrea, is great. If you deal with Andrea however you will get an attitude and if that's even if she gives you her precious time. She's usually sitting on her phone while telling her employees to not be on there phones, even though every time I go, it's absolutely dead in there. So are her employees supposed to just sit around staring out the window?"
"They have no clue how a pawn shop is supposed to work. Base the price on the item, not whether or not you can sell it in a month or two. I'm getting a loan based on the price of my item, period. An amp that will sell for $150, you should be loaning at least $75 for it. You're not even going to be selling it, so what does it matter if you aren't selling many amps RIGHT NOW? I go to many pawn shops and if I wasn't in a hurry I would have taken my stuff and left. Ridiculous!"
"I've been a customer here for many, many years, especially since they became a pawn shop. They used to be fair and personal and stretched their maximums to make sure you got what you needed or as close to reasonably possible. The past couple months, however, the new workers there run it like a nickle-and-diming business. A couple weeks ago, they gave me a loan price based off what I borrowed the last time I was there instead of based on the actual value of my property. Well, last time I was there I only borrowed what I needed at the time. The time I was there previous to that, they decreased my loan amount because one of my items slipped into pawn. But the other few items I had there, I had bought back out of pawn. It's disappointing because it didn't used to be ran like that. Loyal customers were treated as such, which is how it should be. I'm not saying don't make a profit, but you can tell pretty quickly which customers are willing to help you do that and which ones can't."
"Called in advance and was very detailed on my item. The woman on the phone quoted me a price of $70 after we talk for a bit about what the item was. I then drove 45 min to the cashland just to be told I can not sell my item there and they won't honor there quoted price."
