"It has been at least 2 months since stop payment was applied to my acct because of fraud. Claimed old acct was closed but still open, all checks returned with svc fees. I was told to contact Melissa, Ashtabula branch and she would refund fees I had to pay. She wouldn't even listen and doesn't know how to diffuse an angry situation. Why they made her a manager, I will never know plus she's a liar. US Bank you need to demote her or get rid of her."
"this branch is awful if you have to go to US Bank avoid this location it has the lowest rating for a reason. the tellers are ignorant of basic banking policy & regulations. we had to deal with a real Karen who was so lacking in intelligence it was mind blowing."
"Half way through atm withdrawal and power went out. Apparently it happens a lot from what I heard staff say yet they have no UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to prevent hard crashes. Bank card lost now and system still down 20 minutes later Pathetic."
