Amazon delivery

"Now that all my packages get delivered by Bedford, they are constantly late. Also, the morons deliver my packages to neighbors housed all the time. Need to find a better shopping app, since I feel Amazon is going downhill. When you pay $16 a month, with the understanding that your packages will be delivered quickly. But never when they are out for delivery from Bedford."

"Seems pointless to write another review, but like so many others when my package goes to Bedford it rarely gets delivered on time and often not at all so I cancel the order and buy it elsewhere! Feel ripped off paying for Amazon Prime when stuff I need for business like printers show up a week later! Used to be so good, but now….?"

"Every single time I order and it goes thru Bedford it's either late or I don't get it. The other day the driver blatantly lied and said he tried to deliver my package but he couldn't I was home the entire time and they never even attempted to deliver my package. Those branch is a joke and it really sucks that most of my stuff goes through here because I'm either arguing with Amazon to get my package actually delivered or having to request a refund because I never got it or I didn't get it anywhere near the two days when I was supposed to."
