"Great place to go for movies and collectibles. I haven't tried bringing anything in to exchange so I can't speak to that, however, they do have a huge selection of movies and shows. They also have a lot of various collectibles, including Funko's. Their prices are fairly reasonable and sometimes very good. If you're into physical media, you should check it out!"

"Don't attempt to sell anything here. You will for sure get ripped off and then they'll put the item out for 2-3 times what they gave you. Sold a working, clean, Switch Pro controller the other day, along with a game, and some other items. They only gave me $20. How the controller itself was not $20 alone baffles me. Also, total shocker (not really) when they don't take everything because of some excuse, literally every time you sell something. Will never go back, and I would recommend the same to others."

"I went to this location recently and purchased a couple of items. They are in really good shape and work well. The reason I am giving this type of review- the staff that won't make any deals with you still works there and the one item I wanted to trade or get some value on- they were not willing to give me anything for it. I won't say what it was because I don't want anyone to get suspicious. Otherwise I would have given a better star review. UPDATE- I gave my review another star because I found some pretty cool Star Trek stuff that Amazon is charging ten times more than this store did. The main manager who helped today was really nice and when I asked about the pricing on the items I bought- she was able to clear up the confusion right away. And the items were brand new. UPDATE- If you are looking for gaming systems- I would avoid this location. The reason being is that one system I recently purchased in the last year only lasted one year on it and I bought them on good standing. Also- I recently purchased a clone system for my older games which turned out to be defective. If you want to get the equipment for your systems out of the box brand new- then I would go for it."

"This is one of my favorite stores to stop at. They have a little bit of everything I love including horror figurines. Reasonably priced, not the best prices when trading in though."

"The one manager there is a short haired short red head who is extremely rude and condescending. Terrible service there, I went there with some questions and apparently I only bothered them. I got no answers on the questions. When I followed up who is in charge They told me them. i asked who is there manager and they wouldn't give me the information. Stay away from this location, we had concern over the quality of something. We didn't ask for money, a discount, or anything like that. Instead we got a rude attitude. We gave no anger back, but when we left and told them have a good day all we got in response was "Uh huh" . Rude!"
