"The Uhaul overall was great. The employees are very friendly and kind, extremely helpful when the link I was sent didn't work. They helped us out with our holding, and made sure everything was explained properly. The only thing we were not happy with, which isnt any fault of worker, is the fact we were scheduled to rent a Furniture Dolly and they weren't notified so they had none to rent when we got there. There needs to be a better way to see stock for items like that for the employees."
"Totally bungled my move. Shipped an empty container even after I called and reminded them it was empty multiple times. In transit I couldn't get it resolved through calls so finally when it arrived and the extra thousand dollars was on my bill, I finally got it removed after two hours of waiting. Worst experience, but they are the cheapest service."
