Simply bring your tracking number and ID for easy pickup. Packages must be securely sealed and labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, weighing less than 55 pounds and smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".
There are no additional fees for using this service at Dollar General. Return packages with pre-printed FedEx labels can also be dropped off here. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as long as they have a completed printed label with a FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please note that all packages must be boxed, sealed, and labeled before dropping off at this location. Shipping and packing materials are not provided, so make sure your package is ready to ship when you arrive.
