"I enjoy my trip to FedEx. The customer service representative are very polite nice helpful friendly staff and they are able to verify current situation that I was not able to get properly information on and I always go to the same one. If you have any questions or need more information, advise, pricing, and knowledgeable answers will be available for you. I was doing a home job that required me to use FedEx daily and I was always felt comfortable to go there even if I was not exactly sure what I needed immediately but always they were knowledgeable and I have not had any problems!"

"Just had them totally screw up another delivery ,by saying it was delivered and it wasn't....The prompt will not even let you know the package us missing! The worst delivery company in the history of the entire business...There's nothing but issues everything a company i deal with uses them . I am literally going through my contacts of businesses and not doing business with anyone who uses this wannabe delivery service.... Adding to this ..Another company just used these clowns ....Their drivers are too lazy to bring packages into the building 75% of the time ..Watched the truck pull up ,didn't even get out ,then received a text and email saying they were unable to deliver my package .....Worst shipping in the shipping business!"

"FedEx ground has to be the worst service I've ever experienced. They have reported two packages that were loaded on their truck for delivery for 3 days now and each day no delivery. Exception code was "No delivery attempt". I'm in the ecommerce supply chain business and these guys are a joke. No C/S support and no way around the prompts to talk to a person on the phone. Terrible. Had these shipments went UPS, I would have had them on the day that I was supposed to have them delivered. Pathetic."

"I was a driver for them. If you have a signature required package they will scan the package in the truck they will scan the door tag run to your door put it on it and leave I don’t have time to deal with knocking and getting it signed on top of that they told me that my package will be re-delivered because I seen it happen I waited all day just to be told that it ain’t coming and the guy lied to me on the phone and the FedEx location is closed and I can’t pick it up myself lied to me 3 Times I called. And the take your packages and throw them for like 30 ft lap tops phons tvs don’t matter make it a frisbee and shoot it over your load and to the front of your 30ft box truck. Don’t ship anything thru FedEx. I left that company cause it is crazy"
