"Do you like using a shipping company that has no phone number, gives no updates, and delays your packages daily? Then this is the carrier for you! We’ve tried numerous times to contact via email (only communication option) and contact through Lowes who we got this from to no avail. I’m honestly not sure if this even exists. The patio furniture I’m waiting on may not even be real."
"This will be our first and last time ordering through Lowe's. The third party delivery service is horrible. We ordered an electric fireplace and didn't receive it until over 3 weeks later with minimal communication or updates about the delivery of our product. It was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks after we placed the order but we received no updates as the time came closer. The delivery status didn't change. Need it Now only has an email option and no other way of contact so I emailed inquiring about the status of my delivery. No response came and the next day when I tried tracking the order again, the delivery then changed to the week after. The following week comes along and still no delivery on the day it was supposed to be delivered. No updates or communication from Need it Now either. I emailed them yet again inquiring about the status of my delivery. The next day, the delivery person randomly shows up and leaves the 250lb fireplace right in the middle in front of my garage door. Thankfully, the delivery person was still there so I asked him to move it to the side because I had to get out later to pick up my daughter from school. He said, wasn't I moving it into the garage anyway? No I wasn't especially not by myself. Finally, he moved the fireplace to the side. After waiting 3 weeks for our fireplace, and finally getting it, we noticed there was a big chip in the front. We contacted Lowe's customer service and we would have to take it to FedEx and return the fireplace before we could get a refund. That's beyond ridiculous considering it weighed 250lbs and it wasn't our fault it was chipped. Our second option was a replacement but we'd still have to return the item to FedEx, re-order a new one and get charged again, and then get a refund once they receive the original damaged fireplace. Again, absolutely ridiculous! Our last option that we went with was getting 15% off the fireplace since we couldn't bring the fireplace back to FedEx ourselves. This whole experience was horrible. The lack of communication and updates from the delivery company was horrible. Lowe's should really consider going with another delivery service and have other more realistic options for damaged items. Please avoid if possible."
"I would give this company zero stars if it was possible. They are unorganized. I’m not sure why Lowes dislikes their customers so much that they continue to use this service to deliver their orders. I ordered patio furniture in June, was given an expected delivery date and tracking info from this company. The tracking info now says it was delivered on 6/24 and is out for delivery on 6/30. Read that again. I’ve called the company three times and have been given three different stories…. Maybe I will have my patio furniture by next summer. I’ve learned my lesson and will order from Home Depot next time."
"The pictures say it all. Their delivery people are lazy, irresponsible and incompetent. How do they not realize whatever fell on top caused this much damage? The box was damaged and I call that a clue, I should have double checked."
