"I received a package at my house for my brother in law who had passed away a few days prior to the package. I usually paid for his medical supplies that come through FedEx and he would reimburse me at the first of the month. So I went to four different FedEx stores trying to return this package. Now that doesn't make any sense to me so I'm stuck with his supplies which nobody else I know uses them and out the 60 some dollars. It's not so much the money, it's it's because if they delivered it then you should be able to return it cuz they should know where it goes. But it is what it is, it's like having to through $60 some dollars in the trash in the trash"

"they seem to never really deliver the packages exactly when they say they're going to do and I've actually had them misplaced my packages which was medicine, I had to wait an extra day on important medicine. I no longer use them I only use UPS. if your mailing something it's fine cuz you drop it off yourself but I wouldn't rely too much to be them to be exactly when they say, and I use them for almost a yearevery month my medicine never seem to be a delay on it by hours or a day or something there was not a problem."
