Would give zero if I could edit after reply: I brought an item here in desperate times 1000$ item 200$ loan was promised I would be contacted if there was ever an issue because the item was very important to me. Went through a crisis and left the state because a family death. Get home no mail reach out my items been sold. No phone call just a letter, swear a made a recent payment but because only cash couldn’t even prove it. Not to mention I paid the loan off 2 times over in storage fees. Please people do not come here in desperate times. Find another pawn shop"
