"Every time I call this company to check on my debt balance, it’s ALWAYS higher than originally stated. I was being naive and just thought I had my numbers wrong. I have stupidly been scammed by this company for 1.5 years now. I just recently dropped my auto-payment of a generous $80 a month to $1 a month. This entire business should be torn down. Im sickened by how much I’ve over paid this entire time. UPDATE: I called to drop my payment down to a $1 a month and they instantly turned nasty and rude with me. Saying it’s “not enough” and they won’t do it. I said i’m not able to pay anything at all then if they don’t honor my $1 a month. She hung up on me and I’ve never heard from them since."

"I owed the State of Ohio some taxes and paid everything off. Somehow Revenue Group got my information and I can not get them to stop harassing my company. I have started billing them for the reports and documentation that I keep re-sending them and billing for business disrupting phone calls. If they do not pay I will take them to small claims."

"This company has been LEGIT harassing me. I called the hospital (that we don't use) to find out about this imaginary bill. They of course don't have a record of my daughter being a patient, because we don't use that hospital. The person who call is pretty rude and it is beginning to become a nuisance. If this were in fact a legit debt, I have yet to see it reflect on my credit report, and I can't find the source of the original debt. I am certain this is a scam."
