"If I could write a 0 star review I would, This place has been a dread to deal with and they seem to be the only company that delivers local to me. The driver/delivery person is always polite and cordial but his wife/office woman has made me want to pull my hair consistently. Never have I met a contractor push aside business like she has before. I call on a Thurs and she tells me to call back on a Sat because thy are booked for Thurs/Fri. I say fine. I call Sat when open. I get VM and leave a message. I call 2 more times before I get her and she says to call back on Sun or Tue (Mon holiday), I tell her I called her on Thurs and she gives a lame excuse of "Well I have 5 pool companies contracting me". That isn't an excuse. This is similar to what happened to me last year with her and I had to wait 4 days before I could even SCHEDULE a delivery. I understand that contracts are important to contractors because I sell small business insurance but if you stake your business on first come first serve, then follow through. Your pool companies are not going to pull a contract because one of their clients had to wait an extra 3 hrs."
