"Had a 1600 appointment and arrived early due to having an early delivery. Checked in and was told that I could just pull to the side and park. 1530 I went back inside to check on the status. Was told I had two trucks ahead of me. At 1745 was told to go to door 41. Got a red light at 1845. Here it is 2045 and still sitting with a red light. This place really needs a management team that will get their worker in gear. I am going to request not to ever come back here again."
"This place is ridiculous. Checked in at 8:15 with a 9am appt. Put me right in door hit dock at 8:30 am it's now 12:30 and still not loaded, I've been here 2x and the same has happened.no regard for us or our time. This place is a mud hole, and no restrooms for drivers either. I won't be back. This place can burn to the ground for all I care"
