"I lost two firearms at this location. It was shipped 2 day air but got stuck at The FEDEX center @ the infamous PERRYSBURG, OH location. Just google this location on Reddit and you will see that this center loses more packages than any other FedEx center. Good workers here are overwhelmed and the bad workers here don't care enough to do the right thing. The management are USDA certified retarded and can't even handle a simple shipment trace request."

"I worked at this location, I'll give a summary of some of my bad experiences. There once was a guy with disabilities who convinced management to give him a security pass so he could bypass security and one day he pulled a knife out on me inside the building. Managed to tell management and turned out he has like 5 knives and was threatening to kill himself. I contact HR about the report to get compensation because the card said up to $20,000 and they blew me off. Now as for working. They pay high but give you terrible hours regardless of load so you'll get treated like nobody cares. I'll update more info if this gains traction."

"Just poor service in general. Not all their fault though. I eventually found out that the shipper typed my address wrong so fedex called it undeliverable. I called FedEx and they could not help me either. The rep said computer wasn't responding. It sounded like they were in India. I just wanted to update the address so I can receive my package. It would be nice if I could call the local distribution center to clear it up or the driver could call the phone number on the address label and ask me where to deliver. Just got my package. The only thing that was wrong with the initial address was that it said "St Rt" instead of "State Route". The driver couldn't figure out an abbreviation?"

"I worked here some months ago, they treat staff amazing they check up on you making sure your not hurting yourself or over working yourself. This is the first place I’ve worked at where they generally care about there workers. Also everyone else that works there are also very friendly too! Loved working here."

"I don't mind waiting for packages. I Do have a problem with shipping facilities not keeping up on departure scans and updating tracking numbers especially when it is blatantly obvious they will not be delivering. After this I think I am just gonna stick with USPS. I sometimes have very valuable packages delivered to me and I literally have to take time off of work to make sure I get the packages. Extremely inconvenient!"
