"I had a package I was to pick up at the Fostoria, Ohio post office from Amazon because it was too big (dog beds) to fit in my mailbox. So I go up there to pick them up & I told me I had to pay an additional $100. Is that normal protocol? Has anyone had that happen to them what do you do next?"

"My carrier seems to refuse to pick up my mail anytime I try to send anything. First time he looked at the note I left on it then cussed at it and left it on my porch. Mind you the note just stated that this was a package and to have a great day. I only know this because I had a doorbell cam. Now I put letters out and he refuses to pick them up. Can't call and talk to an actual person, the service is beyond pathetic."
"I’ve had 3 packages delivered the first one was lost. The second one was a large order with car parts and they took it to a different address altogether and my third package they delivered and refuse to correct it. I live in an apartment complex. We don’t have individual garages or anything of that nature. And after a 30 minute wait I get an I’m sorry but what am I supposed to do about it? Horrible"
