"whatever you do avoid this brokerage account. its the glitchiest that exists, period. randomly locked out of outbound wire transfers for acknowledged glitches (what a coincidence), randomly locked out of options trading levels, customer disservice claims these are glitches and it happens and if i want to trade i should call in every time because the electronic services are unreliable. One cs rep even offered to repay lost earnings which is uncommon, so uncommon the next two reps said they wouldnt do that! lol. Its just a joke company i wouldnt park more than $10 in. Zero competence, zero electronic platform functionality, zero customer service. Rip your money now."
