"As a business owner I get my stuff damaged all the time. I have a video of my stuff being thrown I can't add it because it's only takes photos and not videos. my stuff is thrown all the time if you can help it ship through somewhere else Picture below is two separate incidents. One happened today at 9:00 this morning"

"The Ottawa Ohio post office is a disgrace. The lot one must drive on to get to the mail boxes has HUGE potholes. They are deep and feel like you’re being swallowed. The mail boxes have no paint on them and are rusted to the point that It’s hard to tell that they are mail deposit boxes. 50% of the time the USA flag is not being flown. They’ll fly it half mask and then leave it that way for weeks."

"Edit: Not sure what has changed there over the last couple years, but it has been going downhill. They will rarely if ever, deliver packages bigger than medium size. I order stuff online that constantly have to pick up at the post office because they refuse to drop it off at my door. There's absolutely no reason for the lazy service, you're being paid to deliver mail. DO IT. Edit2: Had another missed package slip in my mail for missed delivery while I watched the driver deliver. Once again, had to go pick it up. Time on amazon marked attempted after 4pm, when it wasnt even that time yet, lol. Review will change if changes are made for the better. Maybe start by hiring better post delivery drivers that actually do their job."

"I've had countless issues with the person who delivers. She picks and chooses when to deliver packages. When she doesn't deliver them her note always says she's came by super early (never is there by 12 oclock) then today we got home and saw a piece of mail laying in our neighbors yard. Luckily we didn't go out of town like we were going to and it didn't blow away because it was my moms medicaid card in an envelope. I've complained numerous times about previous situations but I've had enough. They don't care."

"They never deliver packages on time. Today, it said "delivery attempted." Our garage door is open, our mailbox & even the parcel boxes on the side of the mailbox are completely empty. The packages are small. There is absolutely no reason why they wouldn't have been able to deliver the packages... other than our freaking lazy carrier. This is pretty much a weekly occurrence. Ottawa, OH post office is horrible."
