"First time ever coming in to drop an express letter off and I paid an astronomical price for something that I did NOT need a signature for (they didn’t even ask, just automatically added one is required). The recipient, who is disabled (stays home) did not receive it and the envelope was returned to me a week later. I’m not convinced the envelope did not even make it out of Lima. Likewise, I never received tracking. Learned my lesson not mailing the traditional way…"
