"They refuse to deliver my package after doing a claim and contacting 3x. Saying my address needs suite and or apartment number. This address same past 8yrs. It's in country on 5 acre land moble home. . It was to be delivered 18th Dec as of 21 still they have it can't get it no way to at this location."

"My package was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and yet for the last 2 days they keep saying that they attempted to drop it off at my business which is my home address very interesting just like they keep saying that the business was closed which is funny how they never even stopped at my house and they're automated service is absolutely no help and neither other Representatives that you might be able to talk to but it's going to be hell on Wheels to talk to anybody at UPS"

"JESS- This review is regarding you specifically. Are you incompetent? Inconsiderate? Possibly both. 2 packages you delivered to my mom's house today. It's raining so you thought it was a splendid idea to put 2 electronics shipped in original cardboard packaging on muddy wet grass out near the road where everyone could see the contents. Instead of walking 12 feet to the door to put them on concrete. Concealed from the front of the house and a busy street. . Listen we are all burnt out. Everyone is short staffed but if your very well paying job isn't enough for you to show some integrity here is a piece of advice. Leave it... If you don't care about the patrons you serve, the packages you deliver, the cost of goods or the money it costs to have anything shipped then find a different job. I'm tired of bottom of the barrel, bare minimum service being looked at as acceptable. You may think we'll as long as she got her items it is enough. Prefer to have working items in packaging acceptable enough to present a gift worth a few hundred bucks in."

"I dont know why they decided to stop delivering to an entire area code after 30 years but now I’m out $150 and packageless. What’s the point of being a delivery service if you don’t deliver. This hasn’t been a problem until a few months ago. And even if it is a new policy, why weren’t we told ahead of time so we could prepare. Bring Troy out of retirement."

"This company is absolutely terrible. They hire drivers that steal your packages contents, they have zero ethics or morals when conducting business and are now holding our mail for days to weeks at a time claiming there drivers are refusing to deliver our packages after i had to file a police report and a BBB complaint for theft against them. We now must drive almost an hour to obtain any mail that unfortunately is forced to come through these thieves without ever knowing if our packages are actually there because they allow there driver to hold them on his truck for days to weeks at a time. And we are not the only ones they do this to..if you do your research you'll see they have done this to many others. UPS commits Mail Tampering on daily basis and we are currently a victim of this. Ive had to request anyone we do business with to use Fed Ex or USPS in place of these criminals ."
