"I was pretty sure that I had seen the worst Post Offices in the past. I was so wrong. The level of arrogance displayed by the clerk that appears to be there most is spectacular. I've dealt with price gouging, wrong postage charges. All this as the Post Office is raising prices through the roof as well as making it very difficult to fulfill shipments for a small online business. I'd rather drive to Coldwater or Hillsdale. At least they're nicer buldings I suppose."

"Reading Post Office does not deserve any stars. Mail is delivered to the wrong addresses, several times certified mail was there and was never notified. Certified Mail was sent back twice! No one is there during working hours to pick up Certified Mail. Just close it down and save tax payers some money."

"Very patiently waiting for a package regarding equipment I need for work. They left a note in my mailbox stating that I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver it, yet I was sitting at my home office desk in a meeting, and watched them drive up to my mailbox. When I try to call, there is no way to actually get in contact with an actual person."

"I have Amazon prime which should be a two day delivery, the post office has my packages usually next day but holds them for 3-4 days saying "customer requested pickup from carrier" which I never have. Everytime I've went in to speak with someone about it I get the same rude lady who has a lame excuse like "sometimes they mark it random like that if they missed your stop" I'm not sure why my package is held every single time they're not even big boxes."

"The lady at this post office is super rude and when packages get randomly readdressed she won’t explain why and she just says something rudely like, “I said it would be there today, ok?” There’s no way of having our packages send through another office because that’s just how things work so it sucks for us. We won’t get our packages on time and we’ll have to deal with this nasty woman. If somebody in management could talk to her that would be great."
