"trying to track a package i sent to my grandchild for their birthday. the automated system on their 1-800 number is awful. I wasn't aware a company can program a computer to be as awful as their human employees are. Why pay extra to a company that has as horrible a service as ones biggest competitor."

"This is a fairly specific review, directed towards the AT&T Kendallville UPS driver Dane. Dane has been an outstanding part of our week for almost 4 years now. Usually we see UPS pull up and we all go "Heck yeah it's Dane!" Not only is he a very personable human being, he is professional, and he always finds a way to make us smile! This man needs a raise, but sadly the best I can get him is a 5 star review for exceeding our expectations time and time again!"

"This location closed their customer counter, which I didn't know. I had an Amazon return that was specific on using a UPS store and the closest stores are quite a ways away. I found a lady in an office who helped me when she didn't have to. She scanned my QR code to print my ticket and was just wonderful."
