"I just made a phone call for an update on the shipment and he asked my name. Which I gave to him then claimed he didn’t have anything for me. Then asked for my address which I didn’t feel was necessary so he decided to start arguing with me. Before I could provide a tracking number he found it and gave me the information I asked for. Just to be clear I had to argue for about 10 minutes because I didn’t feel it was appropriate to give out CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Awful employee but I’m not sure about the entire company!"

"I was a truck driver fror them 2018 to 2022 dec 22. The manager harassed me and targeted me as a black man for 4 years. He Reporter false allegations of me to HR the company fired him, but my filed stay active. do to this I made a mistake in hook to the wrong trailer.the company fired me. This punishment only supposed to be 1 day off not termination. This company discriminate. Black!!! Ps. I had talk to CEO of company many times in he himself said that there were a lot of things that I was punished for was not right. But he still gave the ok to fired me. That a lot great leadership"

"Is it possible to give this company no stars. My mother ordered a heat pump and it was being delivered by A. Duie Pyle Inc. The truck driver expected my mother to meet him somewhere to pick up the heat pump because he "couldn't make it up our road." Our road is extremely wide and he would have easily made it up. My mother had no idea that she needed to meet him and he was extremely rude to her, blamed her for not knowing to meet him, told her to call costumer service and then proceeded to hang up on her. She called him back but he did not answer. So she called costumer service and had two extremely rude phone representatives. They continued to blame the whole situation on my mother when it was clearly not her fault. She had a lack of information and they did not disseminate correct information to her. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear if you can!"
