"Decent customer service, but major issues dealing with their 3rd party fraud services. Bank blames the 3rd party, but they are responsible for the customer service and care their clients receive. Tons of problems keeping debit operational. Bank Manager suggested since there are so many problems with fraud on their debit cards to always have multiple credit cards on me.... um no thank you. You can't keep one safe I'm not getting more from you"
