When I needed outpatient surgery, I googled non emergency medical transportation over a month beforehand. I started receiving Exceptional Service when I received a quote from the owner, Rochelle McFadden. After thoroughly accessing my needs and answering all of my detailed questions, she emailed quotes along with their additional available services. The Exceptional Service continued a month later, when I decided to reserve my transportation with YGA. Days before my scheduled pick up, I received an intro text from my driver confirming pickup time and vehicle information. I also received a shared Apple map with his ETA, which was the exact time of his arrival. Then I really felt special when the driver was the co-owner, Tramar McFadden. More Exceptional Service followed when my same day out patient surgery changed to an overnight stay at the hospital. However, after texting changes to Mr McFadden, he was extremely accommodating and arranged to pick me up the next day. Mr. McFadden was very professional, courteous and compassionate.
