"Horrible! This company has not shown up for 3 consecutive scheduled delivers of my refrigerator. They didn't bother to notify me that they were unable to deliver it until after the appointment window was well over. Then I received a text for me to reschedule and the earliest opening is always a week or more in the future. The next delivery date is February 5th, let's see if they show up."

"Update payroll fixed everything so quickly and no issues since. Update we thought they fixed the problem but very next pay check all the credits they gave us they took back and charged us even more. I’ve never in my life delt with this kind of confusion on a paycheck and now our medical is more than quoted! Update: after this review they have seemed to fix the problem so I’d like to thank my husband boss and who ever finally fixed this issue as it was hell getting it fixed and his boss really fought for him. He does love working for this company other than the insurance mess up it’s great employment .The hr department is terrible your ap says successfully submitted on your insurance and then it’s not you think it ok then your insurance cards never come you finally call and your charged a 30.00 a week fee for being a smoker because you don’t have an email that you stated your not a smoker and it’s past 30 days and they claim it was not submitted when the ap said it was successfully submitted they will not correct this. They need an email that you clicked a box that says you’re not a smoker which was most definitely checked. It would be amazing employment but the people who do onboarding as they call it are terrible and hr for insurance is terrible. Just make sure you get it fixed with in 30 days or you’re screwed."

"Horrible service. Delivery drivers came two hours before the scheduled time for delivery. No one is able to reach the office via phone or email. Get better service from GrubHub."

"Sole Treadmill has the home inside delivery set up with them for me. The treadmill is already arrived (on 3/17) at their Solon location which is less than 10 mins from my home but they cannot set-up delivery till 3/25. On top of that, they can give you the 4 hr window for delivery the day before (not now) on any time of the day. You have no option to choose even morning or afternoon between (9-5), So they expect you to stay home all day!! Now on Tuesday 3/24, they want to reschedule again. This is very disappointing."
