"Love wright patt but hated my downtown Dayton location assistance. Worst customer service I have ever received. The lady that I received had the worst attitude and didn’t even assist me accuratly or to her full ability, she just walked away from me after asking me two questions and didn’t even act like she wanted to be of service for me. I’m leaving to go over the road for work and needed a debit card for my wife to keep with her and now I’m not even sure how she’s going to get things for our child or herself while I’m gone. I wouldn’t even rate this location 1 Star."
