"0 stars if I could. Trash brokerage. Using Carrier411 which is an F rated company by the BBB. This place double brokers loads then say's they cant use certain carriers, but wont tell you why. Owner of this company is a joke, it ALL makes sense when they in Ohio. The armpit of the USA. Reply to Owner: We have Satisfactory safety scores and work with MOST brokers in the USA. You guys are a garbage can of a company and that’s the truth. Do you use Carrier411 or not? The answer is yes, and the FACT is they are F rated with BBB, as are you. I can post a screenshot of the F grade if you’d like? I received a call from Calvary when I ran a load for you guys, that the load was double brokered and I received 500$ less than you guys booked it for."
