"I don't live within proximity to the store, but I do fair amount of online orders through the Colemine website which generally gets fulfilled by Plaid Room. They package everything beautifully and shipping has never been an issue. I did wind up having an issue with one record I had ordered. It came in a different color variant than I had ordered. Everything was handled beautifully by their support team. Shoutout to George from the support team for getting back to me so quickly. I will gladly continue to source vinyl from them. Hope to one day visit the physical store. Cheers!"

"I cannot tell you how happy I am when I visit this place. It’s euphoric, nostalgic, and all around amazing. Despite me giving 5 stars, I will have to say that the Soundtrack section is very tightly packed and hard to flip through. I’m sure this is a problem they are working on - but thought I should just mention it just in case. I would love to work at a record store - and if ANYONE from the store ever sees this review - please reach out! I plan on moving to Cincy soon and music carries an immense and deep meaning in my heart. ^_^"

"I had the best experience here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We found several records we had been searching for - and I bought a great cloth tote to take them home in too! After I rang up my purchases, my husband mentioned something he hadn't been able to find. One of the employees looked it up on the computer inventory, noted they had it, and helped him find it so we could buy that one too. Great store, well organized, lots of great records, and terrific staff."
