"I used to love this place until I put something on layaway and was misinformed by the girl who wrote me up only to come back in and be told that by putting this thing in layaway I was charged an extra 10% for the product plus another 5% for something else plus my sales tax! Then was told that they don't have any type of forgiveness or leeway if you do not make the payment within 5 days of your due date they will take the item and all of the money that you paid on it and you will get nothing and they do not care. I highly suggest that Cash America investigate their own company and policies and procedures because what they're doing to people is wrong."
