"The guy inside took care of me really well when setting up my account and trying to connect my account for bill pay. I made my car payment and he even saved me bunch of fees because I selected a account which required a 30k minimum balance for savings! He understood my financial situation and fixed it for me immediately."

"This branch always has long wait times. and one time. The teller even got up and walked to the back with a long line. I will no longer use this branch and i'm almost Tempted to move a completely different bank."

"Only part-time working Hunington ATM in my area! Only other Huntington ATM down the street at 91 and Canton rd got robbed and has not been replaced..this is the only Hunington bank in my area also ...I incur a ser charge every time this ATM is down because I now have to drive to another banks ATM.. sorry Huntington Bank .. this isn't the first or worst thing Huntington Bank has done to me. Chase Bank is is looking better and better!!!"

"I visit the branch on Wedgwood every week since it’s closest to my house. The atm is always out of order, turned completely off, not accepting deposits, not handing out cash. This daily problem this bank has with the atm won’t be addressed either. So a simple trip always turn’s so complicated very quickly leaving me to run around finding a working atm. Please don’t ask for me to email anything for you. Forward the information you were just provided and fix the issue. The issue that the bank is fully aware of."

"I have this bank as my secondary bank. I have not had a problem with bank personnel but with Huntington in general. Tried to get a credit card and a car loan but was denied. They said delinquent accounts and poor credit rating. My credit score is over 800 and no delinquent anything. I removed my savings to better bank and my investments went elsewhere. I keep it a minimal balance just for extras. Seems to work fine that way"
