First Federal Lakewood - Fairview Park

"If I could give no stars, I would have given this for my experience with TD Canada Trust, Fairview Mall Branch. I tried depositing a cheque on Aug 30th in the ATM outside the fairview mall. The machine sucked in my access card and my cheque. I called the customer care to notify about this issue and went in person next day to the branch. They gave me back my access card and said someone will give me a call once the cheque us retrieved. And I tried calling the branch and customer care multiple times. There is no proper communication between the branch and customer care. I called 5 different times to the branch wanting to speak to the manager. Every time someone took they said they will escalate the issue and the manager would call me and so far I haven’t received any calls. I called the customer care again and its Sept 13 and all they have is an instruction to mail out the cheque to the branch(It isn’t even mailed out). I am already late on my bills and got an extension till 15th of Sept. I explained my situation. If your account gets overdrawn they charge. And also they charge you a 16 dollar monthly fee for maintaining your account. When it comes to your money they have no care for it. They are so slow paced. Every time I called the branch I was told that the manager who was there when I went in isn’t there and that person would call me back! Seriously, why isn’t there proper communication, notes or coordination. Why should the customer suffer for this. Think twice before you choose this bank for your banking needs. Choose any other bank, not TD people."
