"The bank is good but their teller thinks FDIC covers theft and fraud which it does not. They have to educate their tellers on the basics. Give that link to your teller to read and stop misinforming customers on FDIC."

"So disappointed with their service. I recently moved to Ohio and my bank does not have locations here. I opened an account here and applied for a loan to consolidate my debt. We discussed what rate and payment I would have but almost 3 weeks later at signing it changed. To sum up the letter I received after complaining about this to everyone was "Sorry but you closed on the loan so that's your problem"."
