"Rewriting my review!!!!!! Just got a PS4 another one the slim one and got a psvita and very happy with my purchases very great experience!!!!!!!!! And again I used to work with Hayley it's so great to see her and seeing her happy work here!!!!!! They helped so much and also had clock tower 3 reordered for PS2 I just wanted to give a shout out again rewriting my review Jake, sal and Haley and everyone thank you for such a great experience and anyone who has a problem get a raincheck and go elsewhere these guys work hard!!!!!!!!! And they're all great!!!!!! Thank you to sal especially who makes me smile and feel welcomed!!!!!!!!!! And I walk out feeling happy!!!!!! The best and always a great experience!!!!!!!! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work I'm very happy with my vita and the game I worked hard to get on it!!!!!! Again wonderful people anyone who has something bad to say please do it elsewhere noone has time for childish b.s!!!!!!!!! These guys are great will continue to come here!!!!!!!! "This is old news, but I feel like I need to share this because i was thinking of trading some games and remembered why I won't come to this store again. Basically, I made some trades to get Jedi:Survivor.(been going there from time to time for a couple years at this point, not the best trade value, but it wasn't Gamestop). Got it, finished it and by that time Final Fantasy 16 just came out so i was going to trade Jedi: Survivor towards FF 16. They took the game, said to give them a few minutes to figure out the trade value, 5-10 minutes later I'm told they cannot take it because they had too many copies of the game in stock. Really? You're not going to take a game that came out two months ago? Also when I was about to drop another $40-50 on something else and here's another point selling pre-owned is more profit for you, right?. I ended up going to Gamestop which is a shame because I've always loved stores like this. I understand it's a chain store but not as corporate or at all is what I thought. I get it if it's an older game or sport's games.The death of physical media especially games has been a hot topic as of late,I really don't want to see it die out, so this kinda baffled me.I know I'm just one person, so losing my business wouldn't be a big deal, but you kinda did me dirty here."

"The BEST place anyone can go for anything physical media related. I have been going here since I was a young lad. I worked at this location for a few years, and everyone is very nice and respectful towards every person that walks through the door. The positive energy is unmatched. With records, video games, and Collectibles, they have everything I want in one place."

"If i could Give this place a zero I would 1 guy 2 young girl employees they gave me nothing but attitude soon as I walked in the door and were acting like high school kids I tried to sell my ps5 with my controller charging device and they tried to pay me below minimum trade in value and tried to give me a check the next day because they didn't hold the money up front and forgot to give me back my charging device I got My ps5 back but was left with a horrible experience I wouldn't recommend this place if you want customer service and would highly recommend market place on Facebook for anything related to selling your stuff."
