"You guys are a bunch of crook. Have my detention stamped from shipper, called 1 1/2 hrs before my detention. Submited paperwork before 24 hrs. I did everything in order to receive my detention and still denied. Really? You guys are a bunch of crook and this will end soon with the FMCSA. I’m not gonna leave it here. I got your emails and evidence. I don’t care if you pay me now my detention. I don’t want this to happens to very good people out here that we are working very hard to get robbed from a crook company like Uber freight. I’m telling you, GOD DONT LIKE CROOKS. "I do my in route updates and your tracking me stop calling and waking me up. You are making my job dangerous! I've been doing loads for Uber for at least 2 years and have never been late, never had an issue stop calling my phone, i mean i have been called 4 times already in one night!!!! Much thanks."

"If I could this company any lower than one star, it would probably reach the depths of the underworld. Did a load to Chesapeake VA scheduled for 9/16. They changed the appointment to 9/17 at 1400. Showed up an hour early, and remained on property until 9/18 at 1335. When I went to ask for detention request I was denied. They should be more discreet when they steal from you."

"Hands down one of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with over the last few years. Every single load, they make sure to leave the pickup numbers off the ratecon to force you to call them (their way of getting you to check in with them twice, once through the app, and another via phone. Another major issue with Uber freight is their propensity for not just double booking but up to quintuple booking for the same load. Just experienced the quint booking today. The broker said "I don't see what the big deal is, I can give you a TONU". On top of all that you're going to do it very disrespectful load tenders that will call it obscene times, barely speak any English whatsoever and have the people skills of a trash compactor. I cannot, will not, and will never recommend Uber freight to any companies or drivers."
