"If I could post 0 stars I would. Absolutely Horrible. I can’t believe as a customer the type of “service” I received especially from the OWNER!!! I will never shop here again and I will refer all my friends and family else where and you should do the same. I had recently visited this local GNC store because I was looking for a quality pre workout . I ended up buying 2 products to fuse together . After trying the products I had decided they just weren’t for me so I decided to exchanged the pre workout.. no issues there but I forgot to return the 2nd product.. upon my second visit I recieved nothing but snarky comments dirty looks and rude remarks. She made it abundantly clear she would not accept any future returns from me all over one return (and one exchange) I’ve never been treated so poorly by a individual store clerk and felt genuinely shaken up and disrespected. Take your buisness to someone who actually deserves it and not one who will take out their day to day frustrations on you over a simple return"

"Sabrina helped us immensely. We had ordered products on a special discount, and GNC had sent the wrong products. We were leaving the next day. We took the products to the nearest store and they refunded the money. We really wanted those products, but now the special discount was past. When we came to Sabrina's store, she was like an angel. She took care of everything for us. She deserves the highest commendation. We were really distraught, because we're seniors and really needed that special discount. I had talked with numerous customer service personnel for over an hour and got nowhere. Sabrina was a real ANGEL!!"

Every time I walk in I feel welcome and if I have a question every employee knows exactly what product I need especially Tim who is very knowledgeable on all of the products the store has. If you need a gnc, this is the one to go to without any doubt. 5 stars easy."
