"Very poor communication. I was told twice that I would get screen shot of my logo to approve. They didn’t come. Last Thursday I went there in person to get the status face to face. They said my shirts were on the machine now and should be done shortly. Today is Tuesday, no update. I called asking for status. They said they were done. I asked why wasn’t I informed. They didn’t know. The work is good, but I should not have to call them three times for updates. I will not return."
